Job description
We’re hiring an operations generalist to own and drive growing the Paraform team. You’ll work closely with our co-founders and leadership team, with the opportunity to grow into a senior operations role over time.
Design and run an efficient hiring process, lead candidate assessment, manage offers and closing, own recruiting operations and logistics, and continuously evolve hiring workflows.
We’re looking for someone who understands our culture, values strong organization, and can help us achieve our ambitious recruiting goals.
