Supporting Young Lives Through Understanding and Care. Paragon Social Care provides round-the-clock support to children and young people in local authority care, particularly during times of crisis, transition, and uncertainty.

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable (paid or voluntary)
• Calm, resilient, and emotionally mature approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
