Join the Parallel Employment team as a Machine Operator and help produce quality products efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for an entire shift (10hours)
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Ability to pass solder class
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to recognize solder defects per customer requirements & IPC standards
- Ability to complete paperwork daily in a timely manner and enter into the computer
- Ability to clean pallets (scrape coating off, work with xylene)
- Ability to perform general maintenance on equipment (clean inside and outside of coater)
