The Clinical Supervisor is accountable for supervising RN's and RPN's, assessing, implementing, and evaluating clinical care interventions to ensure delivery of safe, quality, and ethical care.
Requirements
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and entitled to practice without restrictions
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing Registered Nurse
- Comprehensive patient health assessment skills
- Possess an understanding of the principles of community nursing practice
- Proven experience leading and managing a team
- Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and practice guidelines
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills
- Commitment to professional development in clinical practice that is relevant to home health care
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Current, clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS)
- C.N.A. Certification as a Community Health Nurse (CCHN(C)) is considered an asset
