As a Registered Dietician, you will determine nutritional needs of patients and plan, implement, and evaluate normal and therapeutic menus to maintain and enhance general health. You will also aid in the prevention and/or treatment of inadequate nutrition and maintain professional client records.
Requirements
- Registration/licensing with provincial regulatory college in good standing (College of Dieticians in Ontario)
- Experience with pediatric clients considered an asset
- Working knowledge of applicable legislation (Regulated Health Professionals Act, Dietetics Act, Healthcare Consent Act and others)
- Current certification (within the past 12 month) of First Aid, CPR, completed within Canada
- Able to provide a current, clear Vulnerable Position Screening (VPS)
