Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong focus on technical roles
- Experience leading an in-house function is a bonus
- Technically minded with the ability to grasp nuances between different tech stacks and frameworks
- Adaptable and able to transition between recruiting for different roles
- Process-Oriented with a focus on building and optimizing recruiting processes
