Manager, CSM (SMB)

ParentSquare is a rapidly growing company that's changing the way schools and parents communicate. We're looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead our SMB segment and build a world-class digital-first engagement model.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Proven success managing or designing programs for a high-volume book of business
• Experience building and executing 1:many engagement strategies
