Analyst, Financial Systems Senior

HealthPartners is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst Senior to manage the financial administration of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP System for finance applications. This role involves system support, training, maintenance, and upgrades, serving as the finance contact for system-related issues and supporting business users. The analyst will contribute to process improvement and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of general business analysis or accounting experience.
• 3+ years ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) experience.
• Knowledge and experience gathering requirements, functional design and working with business processes and teams.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to adhere to project timelines, effectively manage various project tasks and complexities.
• Strong business process skills and system skills including troubleshooting issues.
• Strong teamwork skills, including positive attitude and flexibility to support system priorities.
• Strong computer skills and experienced in Microsoft Office
