Health Care Aide (HCA) provides care and support to residents at Prairie Lake Seniors Community, assisting with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and caring environment.

Requirements

• Graduation from a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Current registration with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
• Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
• Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
• Effective communication skills
• Patience, kindness, and compassion
• Highly organized and resourceful
• Ability to operate related equipment
