Job Description
We are seeking a HVAC Lead Install Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in refrigeration function and theory, with a focus on diagnosing and replacing HVAC related components. The role involves installing, replacing, and designing duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with customers and have a strong understanding of company pricing programs and policies.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience with knowledge in refrigeration function and theory
- Type II EPA Certification
- Basic Hand Tools & minimum testing Equipment usage: Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Magnahelic, C/O Detector, Psychrometer, and Micron Gauge
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
