Senior Director of Growth

Parry Labs is seeking a Senior Director of Growth to support and define strategic initiatives within the Growth organization. This role will be instrumental in achieving the company's growth objectives by identifying, developing, and leading the capture and proposal efforts for new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Political Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12 or more years of experience in defense business development, capture management, or government relations
• Proven track record leading business capture efforts and securing contracts with defense agencies
• Experience developing and executing strategic business plans tied to revenue and growth targets
• Familiarity with the U.S. defense acquisition process and DoD customer landscape, including Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, and SOCOM
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners
• Strong experience in pipeline forecasting, opportunity capture, and proposal leadership
• Ability to collaborate across technical, programmatic, and executive functions to align business goals
• Excellent communication skills and experience delivering strategic briefings to senior leadership
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
