Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you will support major regional transportation infrastructure projects and advance into project management by successfully delivering DOT projects.

Requirements

• Coordinate with discipline leads and technical staff to organize and oversee the development of technical deliverables
• Assist the Project Manager in developing, tracking, and updating project scope, schedule, and budget
• Monitor progress of technical tasks, flag risks or issues, and help develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and support internal and external project meetings
• Contribute to the review of technical work products for completeness, consistency, and quality
• Support coordination with subconsultants
• Assist with monthly project reporting
• Help ensure that project quality processes and procedures are followed
• Serve as a mentor and point of coordination for junior technical staff
