Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Role Overview

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to serve as a technical leader within our innovative Products Team. This role is centered on hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and mentoring developers to support the delivery of high-quality, scalable software applications.

What You Will Do

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications. Collaborate on both front-end and back-end development tasks as necessary. Mentor a team of software developers to ensure professional growth and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in software development; experience with Ruby on Rails is a strong plus
• Experience with cloud-hosted environments, particularly AWS
• Proficiency with source control systems (GitHub)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Github Actions, Travis CI)
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools like New Relic
• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue.js, is a plus
