HR Generalist to support employees and managers in the entire employment lifecycle, in a fast-paced and high-performing team, with a hybrid work schedule of 4 days onsite/1 day remote.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, ideally in financial or professional services and global, complex environments
- Excellent communication skills; strong desire to learn; high attention to detail; effective interpersonal and customer service skills
