We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support employees and managers in the entire employment lifecycle, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and process efficiency.
Requirements
- Support Regional Head HR with strategic business initiatives
- Collaborate with global HR functions and contribute to process efficiencies, global standardization and project work
- Lead employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee file management
- Manage employee leave cases, including coordination of company-paid leave and FMLA
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and stay abreast of legislation changes
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and employee relations
- Support with employee relations case management
- Back-up support for multi-state payroll and benefits administration
- Actively contribute to global HR projects and process improvement mindset
