Job Description
Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) to provide quality support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care services, participating in the development of individual support plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time positions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- Two years experience working with children with ID or mental health
