Job Description
Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) to provide quality support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential setting. The TSS will provide direct care services, participate in the development of individual support plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals. Requirements
- Provide direct care services and specialized care in daily living, social and recreational activities.
- Assist and support individuals to foster maximum independence.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individual support plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals.
- Administer medications (upon completion of certification; all necessary training is provided).
- Maintain various records regarding individuals.
- Perform needed housekeeping and cleaning duties (home and vehicle).
