The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs and be able to configure and deliver products to meet those needs while providing an excellent client experience.
Requirements
- Project Management in an enterprise environment (B2B2C)
- Rota/Rostering Implementations experience
- NHS, healthcare, or HealthTech industry experience
- SaaS products experience
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build rapport and respect with clients
- Experience in coaching and influencing colleagues
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution mindset and critical thinking
- Tech savvy and adaptable to new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up team environment
