Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Path Construction Southwest is seeking a qualified Superintendent with multifamily construction experience to join our organization in the Denver, CO area. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices in various locations throughout the United States.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction management experience in a variety of asset classes
• OSHA Site Safety experience
• Up to date with modern technology and display excellent communication skills
• Proven construction technical knowledge on site with understanding of each facet of a job
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices
• Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment and grow the company
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a positive motor vehicle record
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
