Job Description
For over 45 years Pathways has been a Bay Area pioneer, leader, and innovator in Hospice, Home Health and Palliative Care. The Clinical Education Manager is responsible for the initial and ongoing training and in-services for all clinical positions, developing and maintaining training materials, and supervising preceptors and new hires in training.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of California
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Masters of Science in Nursing or relevant field preferred
- Two years of home health or hospice experience required; supervisory and precepting experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in electronic record systems
- Proficient in using Google Suite
- Certified OASIS Quality Specialist (COQS) within 1 year of hire; Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) preferred
