The Two Cities Residency is a two-year leadership track designed to provide an open door into vocational ministry. Residents serve as integral members of the staff team, gaining hands-on experience and professional mentorship while leading in one of the core ministry tracks.
Requirements
- Eligibility for employment in the US
- Master's degree in Christian Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS)
- Leadership and character skills
