Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for new PatientNow customers. This role combines project management, software configuration, and customer training. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or training roles, preferably in SaaS.

Requirements

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, from kickoff through successful go-live
• Configure and customize the PatientNow platform to align with each customer’s workflows and business needs
• Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure efficient and on-time implementations
• Deliver clear, engaging training sessions tailored to different user roles, learning styles, and levels of technical proficiency
• Guide customers through change management, helping them adopt new processes and workflows with confidence
• Identify risks to onboarding success early and proactively drive solutions
• Provide consultative recommendations to help customers optimize their use of the platform
• Communicate technical concepts in a user-friendly, professional manner
• Maintain accurate documentation of onboarding progress, configurations, and customer interactions
• Stay current on new features, product updates, and industry trends to continuously improve onboarding outcomes
