Product Manager - Recura

Recura, a PatientNow company, is building an AI-powered growth engine for medical aesthetics and elective care practices. As the Founding Product Manager, you will own product strategy and execution across the Recura platform.

Requirements

• Own and maintain the product roadmap across voice, messaging, scheduling, payments, and automation workflows
• Partner with leadership to define product strategy, priorities, and long-term direction
• Translate ideas into clear product requirements including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Engineering and QA to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
• Map and improve end-to-end customer journeys and identify gaps or inconsistencies
• Conduct customer interviews and turn insights into product direction
• Track adoption and product performance to ensure features drive measurable value
• Analyze competitors and market trends to inform strategy
• Improve internal communication on what is being built, shipped, and why
• Ensure product releases are cohesive and avoid fragmented feature development
