Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, customer service, or a related customer-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn modern sales methodologies and best practices
• Experience using Salesforce, Outreach.io, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms
• SaaS, healthcare technology, or aesthetics industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
