
Job description
Accompany the technical and strategic development of our Office portfolio in Germany, identifying and implementing value-added measures, and building expertise in ESG-compliant portfolio development.
Develop and implement ESG and investment strategies for office properties, support CAPEX measures, lead technical due diligence processes, and ensure quality and risk management.
Requires a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or real estate management, or a technical education, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical asset management, investment management, or similar positions.
