Job Description
Pattison Agriculture is seeking a Sales Manager to join their fast-paced dealership in Shaunavon, SK. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to the sales staff, develop and retain key talent, and champion the development of branch sales and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Associates/bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years sales experience, 1+ years sales management experience
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating others
- Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and goals
- Valid driver's license required
