Job Description
The Mitigation Production Manager will partner with property owners, adjusters, and PDR staff after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.
Requirements
- Manage and delegate the starting and completion of emergency services projects
- Train and coach team members that emergency services projects
- Communicate with customers frequently on status
- Recruit, Schedule and Manage vendors and sub-contractors
- Provide weekly updates on all projects that are active
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners
- Conflict resolution with carriers, property owners, vendors, and tradesmen
- Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunities
- Attend industry related trainings and industry association events
- Practice the Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics
