Mitigation Production Manager

The Mitigation Production Manager will partner with property owners, adjusters, and PDR staff after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.

Requirements

• Manage and delegate the starting and completion of emergency services projects
• Train and coach team members that emergency services projects
• Communicate with customers frequently on status
• Recruit, Schedule and Manage vendors and sub-contractors
• Provide weekly updates on all projects that are active
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers and property owners
• Conflict resolution with carriers, property owners, vendors, and tradesmen
• Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunities
• Attend industry related trainings and industry association events
• Practice the Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics
