Senior Software Engineer - Core Platform

Pave is building the industry's leading compensation platform, combining real-time compensation data with AI and machine learning. We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own critical services like user authentication and authorization, and the foundational data infrastructure powering our compensation intelligence platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience building data intensive applications
• Strong product intuition with the ability to design generalized platform solutions
• Hands-on experience with data infrastructure, data pipelines/ ETLs, data modeling
• Experience leading large technical projects with high ambiguity and numerous stakeholders
