
Job description
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and employee records. The ideal candidate will have broad HR experience and a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Partners with hiring managers and administration to identify personnel needs and develop job descriptions, coordinates recruiting process, organizes onboarding process, provides employee relations support, and maintains HR files.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a Generalist HR role, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
