
Job description
Payroll Administrator I is responsible for preparing, reviewing, auditing, and submitting certified payroll reports for subhaulers and owner-operators in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws.
Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports, administer certified payroll reporting, audit payroll records, identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, and communicate with subcontractors and subhaulers.
The position requires follow-through, strong attention to detail, proficiency with systems, and bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish).
