Community Case Manager

As a Community Case Manager at Pawnee Mental Health Services, you'll provide person-centered support to children, teens, and adults by meeting them in the community and helping them build skills, manage symptoms, and connect to needed resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent work experience
• Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and automobile liability insurance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills
