Integrated Care Therapist

This role requires travel within the community to provide in-home services. Mileage and travel time are fully compensated by the employer. A $2,500 signing bonus and up to $12,000 annually in bonus pay are offered. Total compensation package exceeding $100,000, including salary, bonus potential, and benefits.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or a closely related field
• Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters Level Psychologist (LMLP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• Basic personal computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
