Youth Case Manager

We are seeking a Youth Case Manager to join our team at Pawnee Mental Health Services. As a case manager, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children with severe emotional disturbances and developing a plan to enhance their functioning. You will also be responsible for coordinating treatment by identifying and establishing services with various community organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent work experience
• Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and automobile liability insurance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills
