As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be a pivotal part of our Global Capability Center, responsible for enhancing internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals. Your role will focus on crafting and managing communication initiatives that keep employees informed, engaged, and motivated.
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive internal communication strategies, create high-quality content for various internal communication channels, manage and oversee social media platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure clear, consistent, and effective messaging throughout the global capability center. You will also have the opportunity to develop and lead innovative communication campaigns that resonate with a diverse, global workforce.
