
Job description
The Field Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical packaging equipment at customer sites. They will interact with customers, make joint sales calls, and travel to various locations to troubleshoot and measure custom fitted parts.
Diagnose and repair equipment, order and install replacement parts, and make necessary modifications to machinery. Maintain accurate records of repairs and service calls, and make equipment recommendations to customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, experience with electrical and PLC systems, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
