Job Description
Massage Envy is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to drive sales goals, build teams, develop talent, and provide exceptional customer experience. This role is pivotal in supporting the General Manager, focusing on team leadership, operational oversight, and a positive work culture. The role requires a friendly, sales-driven individual comfortable with spa management and retail environments.
Requirements
- Experience at an assistant management or sales lead level
- Experience in training staff
- Retail management experience (Highly Preferred)
- Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Strong administrative/back office skills
- Experience in spa management (Highly Preferred)
