Job description
Manage the initial deployment lifecycle of the Medable Solution, collaborating with solution design teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of trial-specific requirements. Develop adaptive project plans, implement robust change management practices, and educate clients and internal teams on software capabilities.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, support successful software implementation, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and proactively identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Requires exceptional project management capabilities, outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, and technical aptitude with rapid learning capability. Must have a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial domains, specifically eCOA, ePRO, EDC, and DCT.
