We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to help ensure every Peec AI customer has an exceptional experience using our platform. You’ll be the first point of contact for users, answering questions, solving problems, and helping customers get the most value from Peec AI.
Be the first point of contact for our customers: answering questions, sharing advice, solving problems, and keeping satisfaction sky-high. Jump on calls with leading brands and agencies, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and championed across our product and engineering teams.
1-2 years of Customer Success or Support experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup. A self-driven problem-solver who always goes the extra mile. Clear and warm communication skills - whether over email, chat, or live calls.
