Data Governance Analyst

Role Overview

Provide analytical and system support services to PenFed’s Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) program. Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for the company’s data governance tools and perform complex data and system analyses.

What You Will Do

Develop data quality metrics, track DG Issues/incidents, risk identification, designing testing procedures, monitoring changes to data-related regulations, extracting data from Ataccama, documenting design of components, and championing data governance and data literacy.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be proficient with data governance concepts, administering data governance systems, and with data management tools. Must be proficient extracting data from data governance systems using tools such as Atacama’s One Desktop.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience
• Proficient with data governance concepts
• Proficient administering data governance systems such as Ataccama
• Proficient with data management tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Excel, Tableau
• Proficient extracting data from data governance systems using tools such as Atacama’s One Desktop
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience using A.I. tools preferred
