
Job description
The Controller will supervise staff and manage the daily operations of the Accounting and Receiving department. They will develop and implement operational goals, monitor performance and profit objectives, and create effective schedules to meet labor costs and staffing objectives.
The Controller will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reviewing and auditing account analysis, cash management, and revenue audit. They will also prepare reports to summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, be proficient in Microsoft applications, and have knowledge of financial software systems. They will also have strong communication and decision-making skills, and be able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
