
Job description
Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, support internal and external recruitment efforts, and maintain the Applicant Tracking System. Responsible for data entry, maintaining employee files, and project management. Monitor legal compliance and act as a role model for the company.
Greet applicants and employees, answer questions, assist with application process, answer phone calls, and administer selection assessments. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, ensure completion of paperwork processes, and research rehire data.
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, have previous HRIS experience, and be able to work a flexible schedule. Ability to handle multiple tasks, good oral and written communication skills, and ability to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license.
