Job description
Support and enhance manufacturing business systems and IT infrastructure. Responsible for IQMS ERP functionality, EDI transactions, Crystal Reports, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
Troubleshoot IQMS ERP system, manage EDI transactions, create Crystal Reports, utilize SQL queries, install/configure desktops/laptops/printers, respond to help desk tickets, and maintain knowledgebase articles.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills required. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
