Production Team Member

Production Team Members are responsible for supporting manufacturing operations across one or more departments within the facility, including the construction, processing, assembly, finishing, and quality inspection of components and products in accordance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and production schedules.

Requirements

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical diagrams, winding specifications, and work instructions.
• Operate manual and automated production equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and power tools, in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, inspections, and equipment settings.
• Support other departments as directed by supervision.
