Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager needed to lead innovation and growth by championing ideation, concept development, and testing of composite pressure vessels for water treatment.

Requirements

• Degree (BS or MS) in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ year’s progressive experience as a project engineer focusing on new product development and R&D.
• 4+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams on multiple projects.
• 4+ years in a management role with strong leadership skillset and a proven track record of leadership and holding teams accountable.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional, global teams.
