Join our Dover, NH team as a Manufacturing Engineer at Pentair, where you will be responsible for manufacturing process and process improvements, designing and providing new fixtures, tooling, and equipment, and launching new equipment projects. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Environmental, Health, and Safety on projects to ensure timely completion and proper function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, supporting both assembly/production processes and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with process improvements, scrap reduction initiatives, equipment/tooling design.
- Proficient with SolidWorks, proficient in AutoCAD a plus
- Knowledge and demonstrated use of Lean manufacturing concepts.
- Previous experience with PLC controls and automation preferred (Automation Direct, AB)
- Experience and/or exposure to quality methodologies and equipment. Cognex and Keyence Vision Systems a plus.
- Experience with fluid handling systems, pumps and plumbing systems preferred.
- Resourceful team player with effective verbal and written communication skills.
