The Product Manager – Pumps will be responsible for the strategy, development, and commercial performance of the Pump product line within the Pumps and Filtration portfolio.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Experience in related fields such as industrials, manufactured goods, hardware, etc.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence including cloud based IoT initiatives.
- Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and drive alignment
- Commercial acumen: comfortable working with pricing, margins, forecasts, and business cases
- An understanding of different channels to market, including selling to and through wholesale distributors.
- Curiosity about technology, customer behavior, and market dynamics, especially in hydraulics and energy efficiency
