Responsible for HR functions and services in business partnering, talent acquisition, employee engagement, staff wellness, talent development and management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree with an additional Diploma in HRM is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years working as Assistant Manager in medical manpower planning and HR business partner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think systematically.
- Conflict reconciliation skills
