Personal Assistant

Manage and coordinate the Managing Director's business and personal schedules, handle travel arrangements, prepare reports, and serve as the main contact point between the Managing Director and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting top management or senior leaders
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Willingness and flexibility to travel on short notice and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
