Job description
Lead a dynamic QC lab team in a fast-paced, GMP-compliant environment focused on product safety, regulatory compliance, and quality excellence. Oversee daily QC laboratory operations, scheduling, and team supervision.
Manage laboratory systems, develop and maintain QC SOPs, investigate OOS results, manage chemical inventories, and oversee internal and third-party testing.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required. Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments and attention to detail and problem-solving ability necessary.
