Job description
Perform inprocess and final material testing to verify compliance with specifications. Conduct laboratory analyses supporting production, quality control, and minor research activities.
Record all test data in Total Lab Client (TLC) and prepare Certificates of Analysis. Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and field equipment.
Support all food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; perform additional duties as needed.
