
Job description
Pepper Construction is seeking a Learning & Development Training Specialist to bring their enterprise learning strategy to life. The role requires strong project management, influence, and attention to detail. The specialist will partner with HR leaders, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, leadership development, and role-based learning.
Key responsibilities include executing enterprise learning priorities, leading the Learning & Development Committee, designing and launching core learning programs, and administering and enhancing the Learning Management System (LMS).
The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of Learning & Development or talent development experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience designing and executing enterprise learning programs.
